Umezawa naci\u00f3 en 1978 e hizo su debut como artista de manga en 1998. Su antolog\u00eda de manga, Bajo un cielo como unos pantis, salt\u00f3 a la fama al ocupar el cuarto lugar en la categor\u00eda masculina de Kono Manga ga. Sugoi! 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Su serie de manga en curso, El incidente Darwin, se serializa en la revista mensual de c\u00f3mics Gekkan Afternoon.
